Conventional image processing filters process photos or videos using complex mathematical operations that often remove detail and enhance noise/artifacts. AI is fundamentally different: when used correctly, it can actually improve the quality of photos while maintaining a natural look.
Activation
• Internet access is required to launch and activate Topaz Video Enhance AI 2.6.4 .
Click Account > login > login (the fields can be left blank) and wait for activation to complete.
• To activate Topaz Sharpen AI, Internet access must be closed.
Click login > login (the fields can be left empty) and then close the plugin window.
After restarting the plugin should be activated.
Downloading and installing models
• Open Internet access for the program.
(the program can switch to trial mode)
• Load all models.
(downloaded models may be located along the path)

• Make a backup copy of downloaded models.
• Delete the sandbox - portable folder.
• Launch and activate (if required) the program.
(after launch, a portable program folder is created)
• Copy the downloaded models to the appropriate models or tgrc folder.
(create missing folders manually)
